Playing with Vaugn

Today I hung out with Vaugn.  Our Mom's drove us to Fremont (in Seattle) to see the Troll under the Aurora Bridge.  The Troll is holding an actual VW.  I'm wearing the red pants and Vaugn has the grey shirt.

This is what the Troll looks at......
And the city re-named the road Troll Ave. N.  Funny.  After the Troll, we went to The Flying Apron, a vegan, gluten free bakery.  I got a couple of treats for the road.
Next stop, the play area at Seattle Center.  Vaugn and I played for a whole hour!

That's us waving from up there!  Next stop lunch!  Then my favorite, the International fountain!  I love this place.
That's Vaugn and I, front and center.

After the fountain, we went to the skate park.  I had my scooter, Vaugn had his skate board.
By the time we left, we were all really tired.

The Art of The Brick at the Pacific Science Center

School is out and to celebrate Andy, Elliot and I (plus our Moms) went to the Pacific Science Center.  Their special exhibit was the Art of the Brick.
 Girl with the Pearl Earring
 A lego rose window.
American Gothic (I'm not touching him, I am just pretending to....)
Andy, Elliot and I are trying to look like this Easter Island statue.  This piece is massive!
This is one of Dad's favorite pieces of art work.

 Me being silly again!
 The T-Rex was huge!!!!
 Elliot thinking.....
 I am tree hugging.
Andy and I hit the International Fountain after lunch.  Unfortunately, I did not last long because I got really cold.  It was a fun day out!

Seattle Center-AGAIN!

My mother tends to bring me here several times a year.  She heard that there was a new playground by the EMP and wanted to check it out with Andrea, Elloit, Andy and Colin (not my uncle).
It was crazy!  Lots of ropes and platforms.  The slides were up really high!

The slides were a little too high for me, but not for Elliot, Andy and Colin.  I stayed low but still had fun.

After the jungle gym, we decided to go geocaching.  Colin had never done it.  We hit the Dinosaur Train one behind the PBS station.  The next one was in the Opera House parking garage.  We trekked over and it was hard to find.  There was a community garden on top of the parking garage!
It was really lovely up here, but I found the sun too bright and had to wear Mom's sunglasses!
There were even plants growing out of this car!!!

It turned out that the cache was not in the garden, but on the wall of the parking garage.  We are signing the book above.
Time for lunch at the Armory/Center House.  We walked through this fountain at the Opera House.
Those Betsy Johnson glasses look awesome on me!  After waiting in LONG LONG lines (Dota 2 International gaming competitors) to get Subway sandwiches, we ate and set out for .....
 The International Fountain!!!!!
This fountain is so much fun.
Andy and I are right next to it, waiting for the water to explode from it.
Like this!!!!!!  That's me in action!
Andy and I took a break before we went back in.  Then I was ready to head home.  It was a good day .

International Fountain-Seattle Center 2

I love this fountain, and most of the kids I know who have visited this fountain love it too.  Today I went with my friend Andy.  The spray from this thing is epic!!!  We are in the middle of the screen, I am wearing a rash-guard with bright green sleeves, Andy is wearing a wet white T-shirt.

Seattle Center

With my cousins Jack & Gavin in town, my family and I went to Seattle Center on Sunday.
First Stop on the Seattle tour-Pike Place Market!  The pig was the best part.  I found the market crowded and boring.  Jack was in a good mood, but cousin Gavin was grumpy.  Even on the pig!
We bought tickets for the Space Needle.  We had to wait a half hour until we could go up.  Uncle Colin took pictures of us in front of the EMP.
It was a good sunny day to go up on the Space Needle.
To get to the elevators-you have to walk up a spiral ramp.  There's Mom, me and Dad way in the back wearing the bright blue shirt.

It was a lot of fun on top!  I could see islands, cruise ships, trucks, buildings, & ferries!
Afterwards, we got to climb on a sculpture.  It was a little high for my taste.
Then off to the fountain!!!  Jack & I had a blast!
Dad bought me some cotton candy.  It was so much fun.
