Playing with Vaugn

Today I hung out with Vaugn.  Our Mom's drove us to Fremont (in Seattle) to see the Troll under the Aurora Bridge.  The Troll is holding an actual VW.  I'm wearing the red pants and Vaugn has the grey shirt.

This is what the Troll looks at......
And the city re-named the road Troll Ave. N.  Funny.  After the Troll, we went to The Flying Apron, a vegan, gluten free bakery.  I got a couple of treats for the road.
Next stop, the play area at Seattle Center.  Vaugn and I played for a whole hour!

That's us waving from up there!  Next stop lunch!  Then my favorite, the International fountain!  I love this place.
That's Vaugn and I, front and center.

After the fountain, we went to the skate park.  I had my scooter, Vaugn had his skate board.
By the time we left, we were all really tired.

8th Birthday!

Sunday was my 8th Birthday and I celebrated by having another party at the Tag Zone!  Most of my friends were from karate.  Mom made all vegan, wheat free treats, so that I could eat anything. (I am tired of going to other people's parties and not being able to eat anything!)  My friend Vaugn is having food allergies too, so it was just as well.
Before the party, Mom and I drove to Kent to pick up Xavier & Jada, so that they could attend my party.  (Their Mom owns a restaurant and could not get away.)  It was hot today too!
I got my favorite room again!  It's the army room with the sand bags.
I had an equal number of boys and girls this year, and four dads decided to play.  We had a really fun time.
We had a short break.  No cake this year.  I do not like cake, so I did not want it at my party.  We had brownies and rice crispie treats.  Mom had brought lots of water and gatorade.

The little girls at my party, camped out behind some sand bags.
Dad, Arun, & Andy are out.  Waiting for a new game to start.
I had a really good party although I was crying at the very end.  (Elliot shot me in the neck, TWICE!)  it hurts.

 Me with Xander and Elliot.
Me at the end of the day.  I had a great party!  and then a cold shower!  My friends all donated money towards my summer Lego Project.  Mom is going to take me to the Lego Shop on June 12th.  I can't wait.
This was the BEST CARD ever, from my neighbor, Lillian.  It says: "May all your dreams come true.....(especially the weird ones!)  Happy Birthday, Lillian"  I told Mom to keep it.

Wild Waves

My friend Vaugn invited Mom and myself to join him, and his mother, Andrea, at Wild Waves today.  I have recently been curious about this place, and today, I got to check it out.

Andrea, Vaugn and I had to wait by the front gate while Mom searched out the manager to get my sack lunch approved.  Fortunately, she found the manager ASAP and explained my food allergies.  My lunch got to go through the front gate.  Yeah!  I get to eat when I am hungry.
Our Mom's decided to do the dry rides first and the wet rides after lunch.

This jeep was our second ride.  Vaugn said that they were SLOW.  I still had fun.  Our first ride was the Wrangler.  That was fast.

After that, we walked through the remnants of "The Enchanted Forest".  Nothing very enchanting....
I could not pull the sword from the stone, so I am not the King of England.  I gave it a good try though.
Vaugn said that the Paratrooper ride was fun. I got to see it in action and decided that it was too exciting.  I watched instead.

It was fun to watch Vaugn & Andrea.  Next- the very tame train ride......
And then the Red Baron.  We shared a plane.
Our Moms' tried to get us to go on a roller coaster- NO WAY!
This thing was next, then the tea cups......
After this, we had lunch and spent time in the water park.  I enjoyed the water slides....
We got home too late to go to karate, but we had so much fun.

Wild Waves-Tea Cup Ride!!!!!

Mom filmed this before the ride started.  She felt really sick, so she got off.  Vaugn and I had a really good time.
