8th Birthday!

Sunday was my 8th Birthday and I celebrated by having another party at the Tag Zone!  Most of my friends were from karate.  Mom made all vegan, wheat free treats, so that I could eat anything. (I am tired of going to other people's parties and not being able to eat anything!)  My friend Vaugn is having food allergies too, so it was just as well.
Before the party, Mom and I drove to Kent to pick up Xavier & Jada, so that they could attend my party.  (Their Mom owns a restaurant and could not get away.)  It was hot today too!
I got my favorite room again!  It's the army room with the sand bags.
I had an equal number of boys and girls this year, and four dads decided to play.  We had a really fun time.
We had a short break.  No cake this year.  I do not like cake, so I did not want it at my party.  We had brownies and rice crispie treats.  Mom had brought lots of water and gatorade.

The little girls at my party, camped out behind some sand bags.
Dad, Arun, & Andy are out.  Waiting for a new game to start.
I had a really good party although I was crying at the very end.  (Elliot shot me in the neck, TWICE!)  it hurts.

 Me with Xander and Elliot.
Me at the end of the day.  I had a great party!  and then a cold shower!  My friends all donated money towards my summer Lego Project.  Mom is going to take me to the Lego Shop on June 12th.  I can't wait.
This was the BEST CARD ever, from my neighbor, Lillian.  It says: "May all your dreams come true.....(especially the weird ones!)  Happy Birthday, Lillian"  I told Mom to keep it.

Last Day at the Bridge School

June 4th was the last day of school and it was at Seahurst Park (the beach).  It was a beautiful morning.
We played some games, had a race with a backpack...

I played mainly with Andy (he is one of my best friends-there is also Vaugn & Sabrina)  Andy and I will be moving on to Kent Mountain View Academy this fall.  I am glad that I will not be going alone.
I got Mom to stay at the beach with me all morning.  She brought the dogs and her knitting.  (She's wearing the black sweatshirt.)
Andy and I went on a rock hunt.

In the evening, we had a Moving On Ceremony at the Bridge School.  Our teachers had something nice to say about each of us.
I am going to miss the Bridge School but I am looking forward to 3rd Grade at Kent Mountain View.
