End of Summer

July & August went by faster than I thought.  Mom got me out to parks with friends and I continued doing karate three times a week.
On Labor Day weekend went went back to Snoqualmie Falls.
The trail to the lower falls was finally open.  This was a funny sign on the way to the trail.

There were several interesting features that we passed on our way down.
This was as close as we could get to the lower falls.  Dad has been closer to the falls, but that was decades ago.
 The falls with Salish Lodge.
Both my birthday and Mom's birthday was on this plaque.
We had brunch at Salish Lodge.  Although they had gluten free items on the menu, Dad still got cross contaminated.
It was taking too long to pay the bill, So Mom and I waited for Dad outside.
On Monday we went to visit Megan, Patrick and Maddox.

Riding Maddox's Bike

We went over to Aunt Megan's and Uncle Patrick's for a Labor Day brunch.  They moved into a new neighborhood where it's easy to ride a bike or a scooter.  My cousin Maddox was kind enough to let me borrow his bike.  I was just able to ride it!
