Christmas Day! At Last!

My parents have been talking about Christmas for what seems ages. well, today it came.
I wasn't really sure what to do. I slept in until 8:00am, but I didn't realize that all this stuff was waiting for me. Okay, I got warmed up with the stocking. Stuffed ferret, chocolate.....
Holy crap! LOOK at the size of THAT Lollipop!
I learned quickly how to open packages. Daddy showed me to look for the seam. These are tools from Grandma Judy. I use the saw as a gun.
This was from Great Aunt Peggy. She gave me some money. Mom and I are going to wait a little after Christmas before we go to the toy store.
I got cool cars from Uncle Colin. Thanks! I also got an neat Little Einstein's laptop from Aunt Sheila & Uncle Pete, and cars from Aunt Jill. Thanks for making my Christmas very merry.

I got a guitar from Poppa & Grandma Jeanie and some other stuff...
A scooter (razor jr.) from Santa.
Santa also brought me a tea set. I have been wanting one. Grandma Jeanie has a magical musical teapot. Mine's made from recycled milk bottles.
Here I am putting milk in Mom's tea. Wow! What a great day.

Lollipop

I got this HUGE lollipop on Christmas! I do not think I have ever seen one this large. Unfortunately, I dropped it and it shattered. It was fun while it lasted.

Christmas Card

Here is this year's Christmas Card. I really like to watch the "Grinch who stole Christmas". I even know who Cindy-Lou Who is. Unlike last year, I had a fun time making this card.
My parents got me into my costume quickly and handed me a new red ball. I was supposed to hand it to Daddy. In this shot the ball was too high. You can't see my handsome face.
The ball is lower, but Mom didn't want a profile.

I had a really good time for five quick minutes. My parents had several great shots to choose from. Also, if you usually get this blog e-mailed to you, you should have got a card. Please let my mother know if you did not receive one. One week until Christmas!

New Hair Style

My parents are now putting hair gel on my bangs, so that I may see better. Mom keeps asking me if I want my hair cut. I keep telling her: "NO"!
I am talking to Santa on the phone.

Brainwashing

Kaden's Mom lent me my "Baby can Read" DVD. It worked for Kaden, so my Mom is trying it on me. We like singing the songs.

It's cold!

It has been colder than normal-so out come the custom sweaters.....Here's my cat vest. We still get out everyday. Mom always drags me to the dog park, no matter what the weather!
Grandma Jeanie bought me an advent calendar. I really like those daily morning chocolates. (What's up with my photographer? She keeps cutting off the top of my head.)
I have been hanging out with Kaden-he's going to New Jersey soon though for two weeks.
I have also been playing with some preschool friends-Sabrina and Lexi.
I also love playing with Daddy. Here is where I jump on his chest! Ooops, sorry Dad, looks liked I drooled on you shirt!

Potty Training

Finally, at almost 2 and a half years I am showing an interest to go pee pee on the potty. What inspires me? Matchbox Cars. It will cost my folks $$$.

Sometimes I have a hard time sitting and waiting for the happy event.
But now I get to wear underpants at home, just like my friend Kaden (he's already potty trained). My Babylegs are coming in handy. They keep my legs warm.

Thanksgiving

We had a quiet Thanksgiving. Only Poppa and Grandma Jeanie came over. I was busy coloring in my coloring books. Kai-Lan is my favorite. She's a Chinese American girl who has animal friends.
Here we are at the feast. Dad and Poppa wanted to eat but Grandma Jeanie wanted to take pictures.
There's Mom too.
Last weekend Mom made me a gingerbread house. I love looking at it.
We celebrated Dad's birthday at a restaurant. My parents bought my cooperation with a 10 pack of Match Box cars. It worked. I was delightful. I am looking forward to December.

Christmas Wish List

Dear Santa: I have tried to be a good boy this year, although I have had quite a few time outs. What I would love for Christmas are the following: The Bumble. I think he's really neat! Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer is now one of my favorite DVD's.

I also love "Yo Gabba Gabba" They have Megablock sets that look like fun!

I love books! These are two I have, but would like more. I love the "Wonder Pets" books. They are pets that save baby animals. I also like the "Do you See what I see?" Series by Walter Wick.
I Love Matchbox cars (not so hot on Hot Wheels). I would really like to have another Smart Car. They are my favorite this year. Please only buy me quiet toys, otherwise my Dad gets really grumpy. Love, Rowan

Problem Solving

I saw my Halloween lollipops on top of the kitchen high boy. I asked for one and my parents said: "NO". So I got my kitty chair and the garbage can....
got on top of the garbage can....
and helped myself.
I could not open the lollipop, so I asked Dad.
My parents were so impressed with my problem solving that they let me have it. The lollipops are no longer on top of the kitchen high boy.

Trick or Treat!

Halloween Day started out at 5:30am. I haven't seen Mom look that dazed in a while. There were pockets of fog in the valleys. We noticed this as we drove from Park City to Heber.
Leigh Ann was a scary witch today. Mom wanted to see her.
I love her cat Sunny, but Sunny does not love me.
Leigh Ann Had this really cool haunted house. I found it fascinating.
Mom made me take a 'forced' nap before trick or treating in downtown Park City. I didn't want to wear my costume. I would not come near my purple cape. I didn't want to approach people.
Ok, I do what with this bag?
Alright, I like getting candy. This is more fun than I originally thought. Hey, I saw a gnome, that was so LAST YEAR.
I even got close enough to take the candy.
Main street was packed. Kids, adults and dogs were all in costume.
Oh yeah, Mom got half her hair cut off. She was lame, no costume.
Check out the dog-he's wearing a hat!
Grandma did well too. She was the sherpa instead on Mom, pushing the stroller full of stuff.
This was fun. I lasted an hour and a half.
